PINTXOS CLASS SAN SEBASTIAN

Join us in the heart of the Old Town of San Sebastian for this introduction and inspirational class into the world of Pintxos and Basque cuisine. Led by our expert pintxos and dietary chef, you will learn about San Sebastian’s traditional pintxos, their various ingredients and traditional techniques. You will throughout the class be shown how to prepare various pintxos as well as preparing 5 classic pintxos yourself, all accompanied by selected wines from the region.

After having learnt and enjoyed all the pintxos and wines, you will be handed a booklet containing all the recipes for all the pintxos prepared and more.
